Lending4U is a Finance Broking Company that try to do things differently, At Lending4U, we position ourselves as a holistic financial services provider and are on a mission to achieve results for you, your family and your business. 

We were founded in March 2010 and are full members of the MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia) and the FBAA (Finance Brokers Association of Australia). Our services are available in Devonport and Burnie on the North-West Coast of Tasmania

Justin Delanty

GAICD FMFAA - Executive Director. Justin has been involved in the Finance industry since 1984. He has held senior positions within the Banking and Mortgage Sector and is a former State President of the MFAA and National Board member. He is a Fellow of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Justin is also the Current Tasmanian President of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia.

Carol has been working in the Mortgage Broking industry for 28 years, completing a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage broking 16 years ago to enable her to be a Credit Advisor. Carol has previously worked in the banking industry always in a customer focused role.

Abbey has recently finished year 11 at college and now plans to start her career in the finance industry. Troy Spinks

Troy has been involved in the Banking and Finance industry for 33 years and being a Mortgage Broker for the last 20. He is a former Vice President of MFAA Tasmania chapter and committee member for 5 years. Troy holds a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage broking and is experienced in all facets of residential lending , Commercial and Asset finance.

Tyler has been in the finance industry for the past 7 years, more recently within the lending sector in a support role. Tyler is employed with Lending 4U as a Para Broker, supporting brokers with their lending submissions whilst studying his Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.

Madison Sichter

Administration. Madison has been a Personal Assistant with Lending 4U since 2017, previously having lived in north Queensland. She has completed a Cert III in Business and recently returned from maternity leave. Maddie is working part time in a Customer Service role.
